For the past two years, I’ve headed out to Silent Lake for my summer camping holiday rather than Algonquin Park. Silent Lake Provincial Park has been a long-time favourite Ontario Parks destination for day trips or camping so it’s been good to reconnect with the park and brush off some memories of previous visits.
I took advantage of a sunny afternoon to hike Bonnie’s Pond trail (named after an unfortunate work-horse who met her demise there) and took my camera along to capture whatever caught my eye. I hope you enjoy the photos!
